About the Event
An invitation to slow down and recentre.
Gabe will guide you into a space to unwind, and a time to feel nurtured and supported. Allow your mind and body to surrender as the sound from the Gong, Quartz Crystal & Himalayan Singing Bowls, Drum, Handpan, Tubular chimes, bells and other instruments resonate through you taking you into deep and peaceful space. A Sound Bath is an immersive sound-guided meditation that taps into the subconscious to aid the body, mind, soul, and spirit in finding deep relaxation, restoration, and renewal. As we relax, we release what is no longer serving and connect to what is really important, revealing truths and answers that too often are buried in our relentless activity and overthinking. Gabe will use live healing sounds to release stuck and negative energy, calm and soothe the mental-emotional self, and facilitate relaxation into deep energy healing work to clear old patterns and woundings and to allow our most authentic self to arise from within.
Everyone is welcome. Whether you are new to Sound Baths or whether you have experienced a Sound Bath or a Gong Bath in the past. I welcome you into this space.
You will be bathed in sound as the frequencies from the gong and bowls stimulate your brainwaves into a dreamy/sleep like state. A time for insight, clarity and release.
